Recapturing The Vibe – Video Clip The Hilltop Hoods show true genius with their latest music video. Recapturing The Vibe shows one man’s journey as the leader of an adult swinging movement. Minds out of the gutter, please. This hero-everyman and his posse evade police at every turn, in order to swoop in on children’s park swings and play on the equipment. Funny stuff. At one point he tells the camera that he hates the people who lead a movement and can’t wait to sell out, “at this point, I wouldn’t know who to sell out to.” We are totally loving it.  (More)

Barbie Ranch To be fair, we already owned this ranch, so it is not technically new programming. It is a major current obsession. We moved it from the bedroom out to the Barbie Dream House in our living room. Do you get the fembot pleasure? Now our three-story Barbie mansion has stables on the grounds. The stable’s feature is a pretty blonde Barbie in pink jodhpurs, riding a plush money box pig. The pig has “princess fund” stitched on the side. Now we are trying to think of more ways to stuff dollies into our living room. Suggestions?  (More)

Tori Amos – American Doll Posse The fembots don’t care one bit about the music. It could be awful, it could be genius but we wouldn’t know. What strikes our fancy is Tori with all those wonderful fringes. We care deeply about fringes. The five characters of the American Doll Posse all have pretty fab outfits and boots too.
